My approach to design work
Every project is focused on 3 priorities:
- Customer
- Client
- Everything else
The basic idea is that if you hire me to help grow your business, then everything I create has to add value to the experience your customers have interacting with that business – so I’m going to put the customer perspective front and center in the design process.
Based on things like increased website hits, longer customer stays on the site, and increased revenue, I feel like this approach mostly works.
